This lighting renovation is a redesign and upgrade for a home that burned down during a hurricane in 2020. The owners wanted a completely new design to compliment the new contemporary style of the home. For the house, Prestige Outdoor Lighting focused on highlighting the architecture of the house from top to bottom along with providing a safe way to walk up and down the stairways after dark. They installed under counter lighting in the outdoor kitchen, with separate switch controls from the other spaces. For the landscaping, Prestige highlighted the palm trees in the front yard and the planting bed in the backyard. They also installed soft, in-concrete lighting around the pool deck in order to highlight the perimeter of the area.
