For this beautiful sunroom renovation, porch space was expanded from 104 to 560 square feet (approximately 24x24 foot). The clients of this home wanted to keep a “porch feel” for the space, which lead to the use of Eze-Breeze windows and knee walls to provide a finished look as well as protection from grandchildren, dogs, and furniture. A mini-split makes this a year-round space with perfect views of the pool and natural landscape behind the home. Great care was taken to ensure that all windows were easy to raise and lower with high quality framing.
