This two-story oceanfront condo on Ocean Isle Beach has a great rental history, but it really needed a facelift of the entire interior including a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new flooring. There was a giant whirlpool tub in the master bedroom that was quite an eyesore! By removing the tub, we were able to dramatically increase closet spaces and owners' storage.The master shower is tiled and much more generous in space. The hall bath and guest bedroom on the main floor were updated. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a spacious, well-planned guest bathroom. The kitchen is designed to bring joy to any chef with plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. New flooring and fresh paint throughout make this condo so much more appealing. Our customers and their renters have been delighted with the "new" condo!
