With a beautiful ocean view, this 2004 original beach house was in need of a refresh. Gung Ho Construction completed a stunning renovation and addition on this home. They removed existing porches and decks, converting them into livable spaces. This added 550 sq ft to the front of the house. The extension allowed for an expansion of the kitchen, master bedroom, third and fourth bedroom, and the creation of a new master bathroom. Even with expansions, this well-planned renovation supported the existing roof structure, saving both time and expense.
