Some homes are built. Others are given another chapter. 159 Pine Street stood quietly for years, waiting for someone to recognize its potential. What many would have overlooked, Aubrey Faatz Home Crafters saw as an opportunity to preserve its character while creating something entirely new. This complete renovation blends thoughtful craftsmanship with a refined coastal mid-century aesthetic. Led by our Home Crafters design team, with a fresh creative eye from Jack Faatz (#GentlemanJack), every space was intentionally curated to balance timeless architecture with warm textures, clean lines, and elevated coastal living. Located in the heart of Shallotte on the waterfront, the home now welcomes family and friends with beautifully designed gathering spaces and accommodations for up to twelve guests. Every finish, fixture, and detail was selected to honor the home’s history while embracing the way families live today. At Aubrey Faatz Home Crafters, we believe exceptional design isn’t just about how a home looks—it’s about how it feels. This project is a celebration of vision, craftsmanship, and the belief that every remarkable home deserves another chapter!
