As part of a full home renovation led by Bella Homes, the Prestige Outdoor Lighting team designed and installed a custom outdoor lighting system that enhances both the beauty and functionality of this North Carolina waterfront property. Accent lighting was used to highlight the home’s distinctive architecture and towering palm trees, creating a welcoming glow at the front entrance. Path and stair lighting provides both safety and style on the front and rear stairways, guiding guests with elegance. Next, landscape lighting was integrated to illuminate the ramp to the dock and showcase the natural coastal elements surrounding the home. This project beautifully combines form and function, elevating curb appeal while enhancing evening usability across the property.
